‎1. Your Commitment to Us

By placing an order with BTRDA Ltd (BTRDA®) for tickets for this event (“the Event”), you accept that these Terms & Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and BTRDA Ltd.

By entering or attending any BTRDA® Event you acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks.

BTRDA Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage howsoever caused, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Participation and attendance are entirely at your own risk.

Under-18 participants or attendees should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

2. Prices

All prices shown include applicable taxes.

Once your order has been paid and confirmed, BTRDA Ltd will not increase the price of that purchase.

Prices for future events or tickets may change without notice.

3. What You Are Purchasing

Details of your purchase of BTRDA® Event tickets are shown clearly during the order process and in your confirmation email.

These details form part of your contract with us.

4. Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds

Orders for award dinner tickets are non-refundable.

If an Event is postponed, cancelled or altered due to circumstances beyond BTRDA®’s reasonable control—including, but not limited to, severe weather, venue issues, safety considerations, government guidance, regulatory changes, acts of God or force majeure—BTRDA Ltd may offer either:

a rescheduled date, or

credit towards a future BTRDA® event.

This cannot be guaranteed.

In exceptional circumstances, BTRDA Ltd may also consider a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.

Any refund or credit will depend on the nature of the Event, the timing of the request and the circumstances involved.

BTRDA Ltd is under no obligation to provide a refund unless required to do so by law.

Failure to attend an Event for personal reasons (illness, transport problems, work commitments, vehicle issues, etc.) does not qualify for a refund or transfer.

5. Behaviour & Safety

All attendees and participants must follow instructions issued by event organisers, officials and venue staff.

Anyone deemed unfit to participate, unsafe, disruptive or under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances may be refused entry or removed without refund.

6. Media, Photography & Footage

By attending a BTRDA® Event, you consent to the use of:

Photographs

Video footage

Results

Your name and championship achievements for promotional, media and archival purposes by BTRDA Ltd and its authorised partners.

7. Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR for the purposes of membership and championship administration, event management and safety obligations.

Personal data may be shared with authorised event organisers where required.

8. Company Purchases & VAT

Where a purchase is made by a business, your order confirmation may be used as a VAT receipt.

VAT is included at the applicable rate.
